This is a very honest company. The technicians were very efficient. They completed the job within a less than expected time. They left the property clean and the water heater working.       After receiving a quote for a new commercial water heater for $14,000 from a well-known (corporate style) company that did very little to search for possible issues, I contacted NC Plumbing pros. Even with the recent cold snap, they had a technician to my place of business within the hour who diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, and fixed the problem for less than $500! Parts, labor, and all! Rather than being closed for 4 days and losing business, I was back up in half a day! The professionalism was above and beyond. I will only use their service for all my professional and personal needs going forward. There’s something to be said for helping the little guys!
