NC Plumbing Pros came through when several other large plumbing companies failed to. Our water line had a leak somewhere between the meter and the house, but we didn't know exactly where. American Leak Detection was going to charge $600 just to locate it—and we were about to pay it, but they failed to keep their appointment. Blaze also flaked on us. NC Plumbing Pros sent their tech (Andrew Hicks) the same day, and kept me informed where he was while in transit! Andrew showed up ON TIME, located the leak, and fixed it that afternoon. I hate to think how much money and time with running water we would've lost had we gone with the big guys.
The biggest thing was their recognition that being without water wasn't something that could wait. When Andrew realized they'd need to dig a chunk of the yard up to locate the leak, he called in reinforcements to speed things up. It was truly the best customer experience we could've had (including the cost), and when it mattered most. These guys will be our go-to plumbers from now on!
